Ananya gets engaged

Ananya who shot to fame with 'Engaeyum Eppothum' and its Telugu dub 'Journey' got engaged to Anjaneyan on February 2 in traditional Kerala style. The engagement ceremony was a private affair in the presence of family and friends at Ananya's house in Perumbavur.

The actress who made a debut nearly four years back in Malayalam shot to fame in K-town with 'Nadodigal' and 'EE'. It is said that Anjaneyan was head over heels with the actress's performance and followed the actress and proposed her for marriage. With their parents giving a nod as well, the duo went ahead with their plans of marriage.

While Anjaneyan went mild, Ananya lightened it up with a gorgeous traditional pink and green pattu saree at the ceremony.

She currently has two big projects in Malayalam and the buzz is that the actress will continue working in films post her wedding as well.
