Abhishek-Aishwarya together next in a romantic comedy

Cinemimi [Wednesday, January 19, 2011]
Soon the super real-reel jodi will grace the screens again! And the one who is gonna bring together Abhishek Bachchan and his beautiful wife Aishwarya again is the filmmaker Raj Kumar Santoshi!
Titled ‘Ladies and Gentleman’, the film is said to be a romantic comedy and expected to go on the floors sometime in this year. This project however has come in the wake of Santoshi’s multi-starrer project ‘Power’. Since the film is put on hold due to some problems, the director decided to go ahead with Abhishek-Aishwarya’s film instead.
While Abhishek said to have confirmed for the project, nothing is finalised from Aishwarya’s side. If this film happens, then one can see the hot pair for the first time in a rom-com – given the fact they have acted together in seven movies……

AISHWARYA RAI INCURS PUBLIC WRATH

Sunday, 14 November 2010
General public and doctors in Mumbai are displeased with the posters which show Aishwarya Rai smoking. The Guzaarish posters have been put up all over Mumbai, especially on the buses, as a part of the film’s promotions. The public feel that this is done in bad taste and amounts to cheap publicity from the filmmakers.
The doctors have demanded that these posters be removed from the buses and if this is not done they have threatened legal action

Aishwaryaji, Happy Birthday!
Posted by pranavikha on 6:06 PM
‘The World's Most Beautiful Woman’ Aishwarya Rai Bachchan celebrates her birthday today. And we at IndiaGlitz extend hearty wishes to the global diva. May more success and luck come in her way and also wish that she adds more zing to the years to come…
If one notices, this year has turned out to be an ‘Aishwarya’ one, with the actress taking the centre stage throughout the year on the screens. First ‘Raavan’, then ‘Robot’… then after a long gap she turned a showstopper for Manish Malhotra Show. And now people are all eyes for her forthcoming films – Vipul Shah’s retro adventure ‘Action Replay’ with Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’.
After ‘Khakee’ where Aishwarya did a hit-and-miss jodi act with Akki, she will be seen again with him in ‘Action Replay’ in a completely different and classic avatar. Next one, she is paired up again with her ‘Dhoom 2’ co-star Hrithik in ‘Guzaarish’ – a movie which is speculated to be challenging for both the actors.
Hmmm, while a movie with her hubby Abhishek didn’t make expected impression on the audience, we believe Aishwarya will create magic with Kumar and Roshan and get back her audience with her two promising projects…..
All the best, Ash! Go capture the world… And keep rocking

Aug 18, 2010 Though Aishwarya Rai is predominantly concentrating her career in Bollywood, she is continuing to act in Tamil films with her latest release being Raavanan. The actress is expecting the release of Endhiran, which has Rajinikanth in the lead. The buzz in Kollywood is that Ash is not a member of the Nadigar Sangam till date. The Sangam has issued a deadline to all artistes acting in Tamil films to register themselves, but the actress did not heed to it, report sources.
Sources in Kollywood say that many stars that have registered recently fearing action from the Sangam feel that the Nadigar Sangam is going soft on Ash.
