Sarath Kumar has expressed happiness to be part of Superstar Rajinikanth's forthcoming film 'Kochadaiyaan'. "I feel honored. Rajini sir is a great actor, who has a worldwide opening," the actor-politician said.
Talking to journalists on the sidelines of CCL semi-final match between Chennai Rhinos (for which Sarath is director) and Telugu Warriors in Chennai on Saturday night, Sararth said, "The photoshoot experience for Kochadaiyaan was a thrilling one."
Stating that he is doing an important role in the film, Sarath added that he and Rajini were to act together a few years back, in a film to be directed by Suresh Krishna. "But the project did not take off," he said.
The president of South Indian Film Artistes Association was seen encouraging the team members of Chennai Rhinos, during the semi-final in Chennai on Saturday and the final match in Hyderabad on Sunday night. And his joy knew no bounds when the Kollywood team won the series, as he ran into the pitch with excitement.
