Arulnidhi becomes ‘Udhayan’

The State’s first family is known for its affinity towards ‘sun’. From the party symbol to the names of children in the family to their business ventures, there will be some association to the ‘big orange ball’.

Proving this once again, Arulnidhi’s next venture has been titled ‘Udhayan’. This will be the ‘Vamsam’ hero’s first city subject, to be directed by Chaplin, who had worked as an assistant to directors Dharani, Karu Pazhaniappan and Pandiraj.

Produced by Prabhakaran on Muthamizh Padaippagam banner, the movie will have cinematography by S D Vijay Milton, music by Manikanth Kadhri and stunts by Dilip Subbarayan.

“What attracted Arulnidhi was the city subject Chaplin narrated. It is a racy story with all necessary commercial elements. Tollywood actress Pranitha will be the heroine,” say sources close to the young actor.
