Completing a major schedule in Coorg district ‘Nanthara’ is a comeback film for Kokila Mohan who hailed from Kannada and flourished in Tamil cinema industry.
‘Nanthara’ is moving to Vizag, Bengaluru and move to abroad in the remaining schedules. This is inspired by a true story is about a South African born brought up in Bengaluru. He is not allowed to see Kannada films of Dr Rajakumar and Dr Vishnuvardhana. He is asked to see only English and Tamil movies. Such a youngster takes on direction that is a Kannada film and his parents encourage. A story never heard before and not seen before on the silver screen says Red Karpet Productions. Murali, Ravi and Suresh are the producers of this film ‘Nanthara’.
This entertainer with thrilling moments found a suitable house in Coorg for important scenes shooting. Nagendraprasad and V Manohar have penned the songs.
Kokila Mohan, Sadhu Kokila, Dimple Chopda, Rachana Mourya, Satyaprakash and Harshavardhana are in important roles in ‘Nanthara’.
The film is written and directed by Sam J Chaitanya, Aryan Saro is the cameraman, AK Madhusudhan composed the music.
