Veteran director Bharathiraja's comeback movie 'Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum' seems to be taking good shape. Only recently, we came to know that Priyamani, who has been roped in to play the female lead, has been replaced by Iniya of 'Vaagai Sooa Vaa' fame.
Now the latest is that Vinay of 'Unnale Unnale' and 'Jayamkondan' fame and Karthika, the 'Ko' girl have also been signed for the project, which is set in the backdrop of a village in Theni district. This will be first time for both the actors to play rural-centric roles.
'Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum' is a multi-starrer and Bharathiraja is serious about striking it big with this project, which also has R Parthipan playing a crucial role. "This film will be my answer to many young directors, including Prabhu Solomon of Mynaa and Sargunam of Kalavani," he said in an interview earlier.
GV Prakash Kumar has been roped in to compose music for this project of him. The young music composer was so thrilled about it and said, "It is a gift to work with a legend like Bharathiraja sir. I am hopeful of fulfilling his expectations."
