Prithvi critically injured

Young actor Prithvi who was shooting for his new film 'Pathinettan Kudi' in Melur, Madurai has been badly injured in a fire accident.

According to reports coming in the hero Prithvi was shooting for a song sequence with heroine Sri Nisha and character artiste Singam Puli when the mishap happened. Initial reports suggest that the petrol used to create fire for the scene was poured in excess and that spoiled the scene.

Injured Prithivi has been admitted in Madurai Apollo Hospital for emergency treatment. Prithvi's father and veteran actor-director Padiarajan and his family have rushed to Madurai to be with Prithvi.
