Jai: I am confident about Kanimozhi

Actor Jai's upcoming flick Kanimozhi, which marks the Kollywood debut of Shazahn Padamsee (of Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009) fame), is ready and will grace theatres on November 26, 2010.

Kanimozhi, produced by Siva of Amma Creations and actress Sona, is directed by Sripathi (a former associate of Venkat Prabhu). Satheesh Chakravarthy has composed the music while Chidambaram is the cinematographer. "I am very confident about the film, the film will be definitely different from my earlier film," Jai said in an exclusive interview with Galatta.com. In Kanimozhi, Jai plays the role of a college student. The film also has many small screens artists in prominent roles.

Asked which is his favourite song from the film, he says, "'Muzhumadhi' is my favourite number! But the most difficult song was 'Yaaro Ival Ival'."
