Happy Birthday Mamta!

Today is the birthday of South India's pretty lass Mamta Mohandas, a perfect mix of beauty and brains!

After the super success of Anwar in Malayalam, Mamta Mohandas seems to be in no hurry to begin her next project. She has apparently made a conscious decision not to act in any film that does not offer her a substantial role.

She has several producers waiting to cast her in their next projects, but Mamta said she would take it one step at a time. Also a talented singer, Mamta has won a lot of appreciation for her singing abilities.

Mamta grew up in Bahrain and has modeled since she entered college. She made her debut in Mayookham (Malayalam) in 2005. She has worked with Mammootty and Suresh Gopi and has acted in several hits including Big B, Baba Kalyani and Bus Conductor in Malayalam. In Telugu, she has worked in Homam, King and Victory.

The lady is currently busy with Karayilekku Oru Kadal Dooram, Musafir, Race and Singaravelan in Malayalam.
