AFTER 'FASHION' & 'JAIL', IT'S 'COMEDY' & 'ACTION'

Madhur Bhandarkar’s career record comprises more off realistic movies that won him incredible laurels. Now the filmmaker promises of making his comeback with an action-thriller whose last film of that genre was 2004 release ‘Aan – Men at Work’. It was a statement made straight from the shoulders of Madhur during the 41st International Film Festival of India. About his unique style of filmmaking, Madhur claims that he loves making films of such genre.

Indeed, it was a moment of surprisal as Madhur shot a line that he will soon make an action movie. ‘It’s too early to talk about this project as I am busy working on my next release ‘Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji’ says Madhur Bhandarkar.

Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji’ is a romantic comedy starring Ajay Devgn, Shruthi Haasan, Shazahn Padamsee, Omi Vaidya of ‘3 Idiots’ fame and Shradda Das in lead roles. The film is produced by Madhur Bhandarkar under the banner of Bhandarkar Entertainment in collaboration with Kumar Mangat of Wide Frame Films.

The film’s music will be launched by December while plans are to release the film by last week of January 2011
