Creating a record with audio , illayathalapathi Vijay is all set to break the box office records with the ausum songs of Velayutham.


Vijay has left no stone unturned in making the film to be a commercial entertainer. The story, songs, action sequences and especially Vijay’s super hero role will be a surprise package for his fans as well as audiences. Sources of the unit reveal that the film which was shot so far has come out really well. Though it is widely spread that Velayudham is the remake of Telugu film Azad but Jayam Raja claims that it's not a remake, but his own story.

Now, what is interesting is that the Velayudham unit will be leaving to Srinagar on September 17 to shoot a song (Molachu Moonu Ela Vidala…) which will feature Vijay, Hansika and Genelia. We wonder if the director will have a tough time!

Velayudham which is made with a budget of Rs 45 crore features Vijay, Hansika Motwani and Genelia in lead roles.

Velayudham is scheduled for its release on October 26th, 2011.
