Karthi's heroine goes to Bollywood for a Suriya flick!

Kajal Agarwal who was wooed by Karthi in Naan Mahaan Alla is ruling the roost in Tollywood and also has a few tamil films to her credit. She is all set to dazzle Bollywood now. The lady has been signed opposite popular Bollywood star Ajay Devgn. The film is the remake of Suriya- Anushka starrer Singam and the Hindi version will be helmed by director Rohit Shetty. Though this film would be Kajal’s first Hindi project as a full length solo heroine, Kajal is not entirely new to Hindi filmdom for she has appeared in a small role as Aishwarya Rai's friend in the 2004 film Kyun Hogaya Na.

Kajal who had a series of failures in the beginning of her career attainted fame with the Telugu flick Maghadeera and later followed it up with Arya-2 and many more. In Tamil her most notable ones are Bharathiraja’s Bommalaatam, Saroja and Naan Mahaan Alla. Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty have given back and back hits with the Golmaal trilogy and All The Best and loofks like Kajal has chosen right team.
