Rachcha comes to K’town

Cinemimi [Monday, March 12, 2012]
Whether Ram Charan Teja is making his foray into straight Tamil films or not, after the success of his Maaveeran, no Tollywood producer wants to let go the big collection from Tamil Nadu.

And if the producer of his next T’town film Rachcha happens to be a biggie from K’town who makes strategic business moves, obviously the movie would be dubbed in Tamil.

R.B. Choudhary of Supergood Films, who is making Rachcha with a staggering Rs40 crore budget, is dubbing the film as Ragalai in Tamil and also plans for a simultaneous release.

Tamil audiences who are missing sexy Tamannah for quite some time now can rejoice, since Tamannah will sizzle alongside Tej in Ragalai.

The latest we hear is that Charan met with a mishap while rehearsing for a song and that the movie which was scheduled to release on March 29 may not hit the cinema halls on this date.
When Choudhary who is in Hyderabad for the audio release of Rachcha was contacted he said, “It is unfortunate that Ram Charan had a muscle tear while rehearsing for a song. The movie is complete except for the song. As it is, doctors have asked him to take rest for a while. We will know about the nature of the injury once the MRI scan is done on March 15. Only then I can tell you if the movie's release will be postponed.”

All said and done he asserts that even if it’s postponed by two weeks, the movie will be lapped up by the audiences since the schools and colleges close for holidays around the time!
