Mugamoodi progressing

irector Mysskin's Mugamoodi with Jiiva is progressing briskly in Chennai. In this film, Jiiva will play the role of a super hero, which means he is all set to become Tamil cinema's first super hero. Veteran actor Nageswarra Rao and Prakash Raj will also play prominent roles in the film. Mugamoodi will be the first super hero movie for UTV in Tamil.

Narain, who has earlier worked with Mysskin in the blockbuster Anjaathe, will play the villain. Narain and Jiiva recently underwent special martial arts training with experts flown in from China. Femina Miss India finalist Pooja Hegde will play the role of a journalist and K aka Krishnakumar will compose music for the film. Sathya will take care of camera while Gagin is the editor.

A super hero lies in every one of us; this forms the basic crux of Mugamoodi. It is said that consultants from IIT will create hi-end gadgets for the film and the super hero costumes will be designed by select teams from NIFT.
