Shankar’s Nanban, a remake of Hindi film 3 Idiots, is progressing after a lot of confusion over the lead star cast. But things were sorted out with Vijay finally joining the team along with Jiiva and Srikanth.

With Nanban proceeding smoothly, yet another Kollywood director, KS Adhiyaman, has now come up with a film titled Nanba – 2 Idiots. The director says that though he is aware that Shankar has chosen the title Nanban, he prefers to stick to Nanba – 2 Idiots as the selection was made long ago.

It is said that Adhiyaman will have 2 Idiots as the tagline to Nanba to avail the tax sops by the Tamil Nadu government. He has signed up Shantanu and Nakul to play the two idiots in the film.
