[Sunday, December 05, 2010]
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 has topped the UK box office chart for a second consecutive weekend.

It took £8.3m in its second week in cinemas, and has now grossed more than £33m in the UK.

The figure gives The Deathly Hallows fifth place - just ahead of Shrek Forever After - in the UK's top grossing films of 2010.

Denzel Washington's runaway train action movie Unstoppable was the first of five new entries this week, debuting in second place with £1.7m.

The Colin Farrell/Keira Knightley gangster flick London Boulevard entered in third place with £577,000. George Clooney's hitman movie The American entered in fifth with £411,000.

The final two new entries were The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest and Machete in seventh and tenth respectively with takings of £219,000 and £90,000.
